At the beginning of the new year, everything took on a new look. Hundreds of staffs of Zhengjiang Klockner-Moeller Electrical Systems Co., Ltd ,took part in the training activity organized by the company to promote their ability. From February 16th to 18th, the company invited Mr. Ralf Nikolic ,the elder expert on components in German Moeller to train the staffs, including the regional sales managers and technical supporters from Shanghai, the members of Zhenjiang Moeller on technology, quality, manufacturing and sales and the deputies from Changjiang Electric Co., Ltd and Kfine.
The main contents of this training were the introduction fo the technical characters and installation procedure about the new switch IZM58 and NZM1/2/3/4.The new IZM switch was easy to produce, cheaper and more interchangeable compared with old ones. The mechanical interlocking structure was added to make the package firmer and safer. New switch NZM1/2/3/4 added electrical trip and communicating capability compared to old NZM7/10,so the remote controlling and data transmission function can be performed.
Through this training, all the trainees got rational and emotional understanding of new switch IZM58 and NZM1/2/3/4 ,and it made a good foundation for them to carry out selling, designing, quality testing and assembling in future.
In 2005，Zhenjiang Moeller will assemble relevant training according to the training plan to further increase the quality of the staffs and come to respond to the call “form a learning organization”.
